"we can make a difficult time easier by managing the financial aspects"

Executorship

Executorship or being an Executor basically means a person (or organisation) who has been appointed in a will to carry out the instructions of the deceased.

Executor duties can include:

  • The disbursement of property to the beneficiaries.
  • Obtaining information about any potential heirs.
  • Collecting and arranging for payment of debts.
  • Approving or disapproving creditor’s claims.

  • We can direct you to any other relevant services.
  • We can make a difficult time easier by managing the financial aspects for you.

Probate

Death is a difficult time for your family. Ensuring that your affairs are in order can relieve some of the stress associated with bereavement

How can we help you?

  • We have considerable experience in the review of wills.
  • We can ensure that your will does not cause undue problems particularly of a financial nature for your dependants.
  • We can advise in relation to multi-jurisdictional estates (estates which may have property in more than one country or legal jurisdiction). This is an area fraught with risk, because of the necessity to ensure that the jurisdictions do not dispute legal claim over the whole of the estate in question.
  • We can help to apply for grants for probate.
  • We can ensure that the process is as simple as possible for your family.
