Pay: £24,000 FTE p.a. (Pro Rata)

Role Overview:
As our Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll also play an essential role behind the scenes, providing administrative support to our team and helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and other office tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent IT Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanour with a “can-do” attitude.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks as required.
- Strong Team Player: Ability to work closely with colleagues, building a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from managing client information to filing documents.
- Accountancy knowledge: although not essential, previous exposure to accountancy principles and practices would be an advantage.
